The mission of the Practical Nursing Program is to provide technical training to prepare members of the community and surrounding areas to become competent providers of health care in hospitals, clinics, long-term health care facilities, and related industries. The program provides formal classroom instructions, active clinical participation, and skill lab demonstrations.

Program Credentials
Complete application on TCAT’S Website, submit a complete practical nursing application, official high school transcript or HSE, must be 18 years old at start of class, have passed the HESI admission test with a minimum score requirement 70% in Math, Reading Comprehension and Critical Thinking within the past two years. Attend mandatory orientation. Provide proof of required immunization, TB skin test and Flu shot, physical examination.
