Excellent customer service skills
Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ related work experience
Computer technical support experience
Record retention related to grades and records, with the ability to follow state guidelines
Knowledge of FERPA guidelines related to the confidentiality and protection of student records and sensitive information
Proficient in computer, database systems, MS Office Suite
Must have ability to complete reports with accuracy and meet deadlines
B.S. degree and/or technical training in related field
Familiar with DPC (MSSQL) or other electronic data management system
Experience in a post-secondary setting supporting faculty and administration
Excellent organizing and communication skills
Ability to work in a team setting, but capable of working with minimal supervision
Continuously manage the student record system to ensure accuracy of the instructors input of attendance and academic grades.
Complete as assigned, all state and federal reports related to enrollment, completion, placement and licensure rates per program.
Serve as back-up to the network administrator.
Assist with student registration.
Responsible for transcript, diploma and certificate process for Administration and for individual graduates upon request.
Maintain records per TBR/TCAT guidelines to ensure accuracy, privacy, and security.
