Part Time Aircraft Mechanics Instructor



Current A&P License, three years of experience as an A&P Mechanic and two years teaching experience, a strong background in sheet metal. Preferred: A.S. degree and current work related experience


Other requirements:

Airframe Structures Instructor: concepts – Wood Structures, non-metallic, aircraft covering, sheet metal, assemble & rigging and welding.

The Instructors work hours will be 5:00 p.m. until 10:15 p.m., Monday through Thursday in their respective fields. Each class consists of 25 students, studying toward a diploma in Airframe and/or Powerplant, in preparation for all related areas of the FAA examination.
The classes will be held at the Tchulahoma Extension Campus of the TCAT - Memphis.
