The Hospitality and Culinary Technology program is designed to provide the student with a thorough understanding of the best practices and skills used in the management, marketing and operations of retail stores, food services, lodging, attractions, recreation events and travel- related services. Through class study, problem-based learning, work-based activities, guest lecturers, portfolio building and actual “hands-on” performance tasks the student will develop the professional and technical skills applicable to retail management, hospitality supervisory fundamentals, customer service essentials, and information & communication technologies".
