CAP/GOWN
Beginning August 7th, 2020, - September 9th, 2020 payment of $35.00 for graduation regalia can be made by contacting Jostens, 5587 Murray Avenue, Memphis, TN 38119. The representative for Tennessee College of Applied Technology is Cathy Robinson. She can be reached at 901-682-1802 or cathy.robinson@jostens.com. Please make your payments to Jostens. Graduation regalia includes, cap and gown, diploma cover, honor cord (if earned), and (4) invitations. Additional invitations may be purchased separately for 50 cents each, plus tax. Invitations are not required for graduation guests. The graduation regalia fee payment deadline is September 9th, 2020 and is non-refundable. (NO LATE ORDERS!!!)
CAP/GOWN PICK-UP Caps and gowns may be picked up at the main campus 550 Alabama Avenue, Memphis, TN 38105 on Friday, October 2nd, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. When arriving on campus, please report to the student parking lot on the Mosby side of the building. Graduates will be staged according to program. Students will receive their cap and gown from their instructor. After receiving the cap and gown, students will then report to the front of the Administrative Building (main entrance circular driveway) to line up for the parade.
GRADUATES APPRECIATION DAY
Graduate Appreciation Day will be held on October 2nd, 2020 from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. We will be conducting a TCAT-Memphis Graduate Parade of Cars. Graduates are asked to display their TCAT Pride by decorating their car with graduation signs, balloons, etc.
GRADUATION
Each graduate will be asked to submit a photo displaying their cap & gown by Friday, October 9th, 2020. Your instructor will contact you regarding the link to upload your picture. You must be in cap and gown in order for your picture to be accepted. The graduation will be livestreamed on October 30th at 2:00 p.m. Each graduate will receive the link prior to graduation day. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR PICTURE IS NOT SUBMITTED BY OCT. 9TH, YOUR PICTURE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE PRESENTATION. NO EXCEPTIONS!
CAP/GOWN Students may keep caps/gowns.
